Although architecture is my first passion, I also hold interest in other activities. I'll take any opportunity possible to travel, I love anything involving cars both old and new, and without music, I'm not sure where I would be. These are just some of my favorite hobbies outside of architecture, and they have helped shape me into the person I am today. Please see below for some of my favorite activities, as well as some of the professional experience I've had.

Auto Enthusiast

Ever since I was a kid, I've had a passion for just about anything involving cars. In fact, if not for my passion for architecture, I likely would have pursued automotive restoration as an alternate career. When I was young, I had multiple family members with classic cars, and their passion quickly grew on me. Today, I enjoy going to all kinds of auto races, going to car shows with friends and family, and maintaining anything with wheels. My first car was previously my grandfather's, and he took tremendous care of it. As the ownership was passed onto me, I felt obligated to maintain its excellent condition. When I totaled it at the age of 18, I decided to restore it myself. Although uninjured, I was mortified after the accident,

and I knew that I would do whatever necessary to restore it. With the help of some friends and family, we were able to get it back to its former glory. As an 18-year-old with very little money in my first year of college, I came home any chance I had and spent hours on end fixing my truck. This was an amazing learning experience, and today, I enjoy taking it to car shows with my parents and godparents. Above are some images of the classic cars in my family, various projects I've worked on, different races and car shows that I've been to, and my truck's restoration progress pictures.

Traveling

I consider myself lucky in the aspect that I have done a fair amount of traveling throughout my young adult life. I've gotten to see places in many local states like NYC, Wildwood, Chincoteague, DC, and Philadelphia, but I've also had the opportunity to cruise to the Caribbean. St. Maarten, Curacao, Aruba, and Bermuda are some of my favorite destinations, but there was nothing better than getting to see Spain. I'm extremely grateful for having the opportunity to visit these places and immerse myself in their unique cultures, as I love to explore any new area I find myself in, and will take any chance I can to see the world. I look forward to hopefully getting to explore more of Europe one day, and any other chances to travel.

Music

Music has been an immense part of my life as far back as I can remember. I listen to all types of music and have participated in music performance ever since the age of 10. In fourth grade, I started playing percussion and before I knew it, I was the drum captain of a 200 person band in high school. Throughout high school, I participated in percussion roles in marching band, concert band, jazz band, orchestra, chorus, and musicals. These are some of my favorite memories of high school, and in college, I became an officer and drum captain of the Penn College Pep Band. I never thought that I would have the opportunity to join Blue Band at Penn State, but it has by far been one of the coolest things I've ever

done. Although playing music is one of my favorite past times, listening to music is what gets me through every day. Dave Matthews, John Mayer, Rush, and Kenney Chesney are just a few of my favorite artists, and I think I love music so much because it is the universal language of the world.  Above are a few images from my time as drum captain in high school, my time in blue band, the people that have performed with me, and one of my favorite concerts that I've attended.

RLPS Architects

In May of 2021, I started an internship with RLPS Architects in Lancaster, PA, and was with them during my summer and winter breaks of 2021 and 2022. Due to my high experience with Revit, I was appointed a Revit Technician Intern and given the task to work with Architects, Project Managers, and Designers on various projects. I've worked on over 300 million dollars worth of projects including senior living, higher education, and K-12 projects in my time there. I started off with small assignments like moving walls and completing markups, and I was eventually exposed to larger tasks like completing full details, facilitating drawings for living units of an entire building, construction administration work,

and existing conditions surveys. Finally, I was placed on the design team to help designers with unit layouts and masterplans. I valued this first internship greatly, as it was a very robust introduction into the profession, and I've had an amazing time working with full project teams and being a part of something real. Above are a few renderings of the projects I've had a hand in; although I did not create these images, I've worked with the people who have to give them a hand in anything they needed.

Archer & Buchanan Architecture

Once I started grad school, I knew that I wanted to take advantage of my extra summers as a student to work somewhere different than my previous experience. I started at Archer & Buchanan in West Chester, PA in the summer of 2023, and was put on one of the firms largest projects. The project was for a large home on 17 acres in Delaware County, PA and it was my responsibility to help the architects with family creation, modeling, and red lines. On top of these basic tasks, I also took lead on the rendering sets. The clients were very involved in the design process, and were always looking for updates, design choices, and material options, so the renderings played a large role in the development of

the project. As I was taking charge for this project's renderings in Lumion, I was also on some other project teams for interior renovations, party barns, surveys, and existing overhauls. This internship allowed me to have a leading voice, and to work directly with partners of the firm. Above are a few of the many images I produced throughout the summer of 2023.
